Job summary

Inizio Evoke seeks an Associate Director, Project Management to oversee 1–2 brands, lead PM teams, and drive complex projects from strategy to execution. This role requires vision, precision, and strong operational capabilities for integrated delivery.

The position is remote, reporting to the Director, Project Management. You will manage budgets, timelines, risk, and cross‑functional coordination across websites, email programs, speaker programs, social media, and digital initiatives in

Qualifications

• 6+ years of PM experience.
• 1–2 years in healthcare/pharma advertising.
• Strong budgeting and portfolio management skills.
• Experience across websites, email programs, speaker programs, social media, digital initiatives.
• Ability to manage up and align cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted workflows is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1–2 brands and PM teams across launches and mature brands.
• Own brand planning including long-range timelines, integrated Gantts, and multi-channel workstreams.
• Guide PM priorities and ensure clarity, delegation, and alignment across projects.
• Serve as client partner for scopes, budgets, timelines, and operational planning.
• Oversee workflows and drive process improvements; educate clients on processes.
• Lead onboarding, training, and PMO initiatives; mentor talent.
• Communicate status via internal hot sheet, kickoff meetings, and reports.
