Job summary

OPEN Health is seeking a Project Manager‑PMED, remote in the United States, to lead a portfolio of medical education projects from inception to delivery. You will coordinate project coordinators and Directors, ensuring timely, high‑quality results while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will develop plans, manage timelines and budgets, supervise cross‑functional teams, and support financial reporting, with up to 10% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years in professional education project types.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Strong problem solving and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Understanding of FDA, AMA, and PhRMA guidelines and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 7–10 concurrent projects with project coordinators.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets with the team.
• Anticipate client needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate resources across account management, scientific, vendors, and editorial teams.
• Maintain status reports and ensure quality control throughout delivery.
• Assist in budgeting and financial reporting to clients.
• Support hiring and training of coordinators.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
