Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex clinical laboratory installations in the US, leveraging regulatory know‑how and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will manage instrumentation projects, coordinate with directors, engineers, and vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance and smooth deployment. Remote work is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree required with 5+ years of PM experience.
• Advanced understanding of Diagnostics/Healthcare industry, especially regulatory environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet project software.
• Experience reading/interpreting floor plans and design drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full implementation lifecycle of mid-to-large installations in Clinical Laboratory settings.
• Develop instrumentation project plans, ensuring customer readiness, timelines, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including lab directors, engineers, technicians and vendors for successful implementation.
• Assess laboratory infrastructure and readiness to recommend instrumentation, data management, and automation solutions.
