This role offers remote flexibility for eligible positions, requires a BS with 5+ years PM experience, and travels nationally (80%).

Qualifications

• B.S. degree with 5+ years of PM experience.
• Experience managing mid to large scale clinical lab installations.
• Advanced understanding of Diagnostics/Healthcare regulatory environment (CAP, CLIA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.
• Ability to travel 80% nationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire implementation lifecycle of mid to large-scale multi-discipline installations within Clinical Laboratory settings.
• Develop and execute instrumentation project plans, ensuring customer readiness and adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and collaborate with laboratory directors, engineers, technicians, and vendors to ensure successful project implementation.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of laboratory infrastructure and readiness requirements to recommend instrumentation, data management, and automation solutions timelines.
• Oversee procurement and installation of equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
