The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in large organizations, proficiency with MS Office 365 tools, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading cross‑departmental initiatives.
• Strong problem solving and decision‑making abilities with strategic thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a medium to large‑size healthcare/biomedical business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to align project priorities with organizational goals.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to define scope and objectives per RACI.
• Create project charter and detailed plans with identified tasks and milestones.
• Develop communication plans and coordinate across departments and clients as needed.
• Track progress, report updates to executives, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and remove roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle.
