Qualifications

• 10+ years leading mid-to large-scale SaaS implementations.
• Knowledge of PMBOK/ PMI project management principles.
• Scrum Agile/SAFe experience is strongly recommended.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree; PMP and PMI-ACP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of Pharmacy software initiatives with stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedules, deliverables and risk plans for projects.
• Provide guidance to PMO members on processes and best practices.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop budgets, timelines, and business documents as required.
• Maintain project status updates and progress reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
