Job summary

Inovalon, Inc. is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead Pharmacy implementation projects and guide PMO teams. You will cooperate with stakeholders to plan, deliver, and optimize onboarding and functionality, balancing agile and waterfall approaches to meet timelines and budgets.

The role requires 10+ years of large-scale project management, strong leadership, and exceptional communication. Hybrid options exist for select locations; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing mid-to large-scale implementation and SaaS projects.
• Knowledgeable in PMBOK/PMI project management principles and theories.
• Scrum Agile/SAFe experience is strongly recommended.
• Strong understanding of complex contracts and change orders.
• Strong leadership skills with collaborative approach.
• Proven ability to initiate and drive projects through to completion.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interface with senior leaders to understand needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of Pharmacy software, applications, and tech initiatives with stakeholders.
• Define and manage all PM activities in the Pharmacy portfolio; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products, services, and infrastructure deployment.
• Leverage Agile mindset within PM methodologies.
• Manage projects with scope, schedules, deliverables, and risk plans.
• Ensure regular, timely delivery of value; provide PMO guidance.
• Interfacing with SMEs, technical staff, vendors, and client teams to ensure success.
• Lead project teams, remove roadblocks, manage interdependencies, report progress.
