Job summary

Inovalon seeks a Principal Project Manager to oversee pharmacy software implementations, delivering projects on time and within scope while guiding PMO members and coordinating with stakeholders. You will manage budgets, schedules, risks, and interdependencies, applying Agile and Waterfall methods and ensuring secure infrastructure and production readiness across teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing mid-to large-scale implementation and SaaS projects.
• Knowledgeable in PMBOK/ PMI project management principles and theories.
• Scrum Agile/SAFe experience strongly recommended.
• Strong leadership and contract management experience with change orders.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of Pharmacy software and technology initiatives with stakeholders.
• Define, plan and manage PM activities; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products and deployment infrastructure.
• Leverage Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage scope, schedules, and risks.
• Provide status updates, manage deviations, and ensure budgets and timelines.
