Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a Senior Pharmacy & Project Manager to lead multiple complex pharmacy and healthcare projects from planning through delivery. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage vendors and contracts, and ensure governance and regulatory compliance across enterprise initiatives.

The role emphasizes pharmacy benefit management expertise, cost optimization, and strategic leadership across Pharmacy, Clinical, Finance and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

Lead multiple concurrent pharmacy and healthcare projects from planning through delivery.

• Manage pharmacy/PBM vendors, SLAs, KPIs, contracts, and stakeholder relationships.
• Support pharmacy benefit strategy, 340B initiatives, regulatory compliance, and operational improvements.
• Analyze pharmacy utilization, medication spend, rebates, financial performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, governance, and communication plans.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change control, and executive escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Pharmacy, Clinical, Finance, Compliance, IT, and external vendors.
• Develop executive dashboards, project status reports, performance metrics, and governance presentations.
