Job summary

VytlOne seeks a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate key operational functions, drive process improvements, and support vendor relationships.

You will manage projects, ensure accreditation readiness, and develop training materials while maintaining compliance with codes of conduct. This role requires 3–5 years in pharmacy or healthcare operations and experience with pharmacy systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in pharmacy operations or healthcare operations.
• Experience supporting operational workflows, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Exposure to compliance, accreditation, or regulatory requirements (URAC, ACHC, Joint Commission).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operational Project & Workflow Coordination: manage projects with quality and timely delivery.
• Plan and coordinate operational activities and meetings with clear communication and One Team partnership.
• Support specialty needs with a One Team mindset and focus on patient outcomes.
• Vendor & External System Support: maintain vendor relationships and IT ticket accountability.
• Accreditation, Training & Documentation: maintain accreditation knowledge and training materials.
• Compliance & Required Training: follow Code of Conduct and Compliance Program.
