Based in Raleigh, NC, you will develop project plans, assign team duties, monitor milestones, and apply lessons learned. Candidates should have 5–7 years in healthcare project management and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in project management or healthcare implementation.
• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, including direct management of client relationships, issue resolution, and successful delivery of healthcare products, services, or implementation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks, recommend solutions, and drive issues to resolution within established timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects within budget.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and deliverables with team assignments.
• Conduct post-mortems to capture lessons learned and apply process improvements.
• Implement and enforce quality control processes to address deviations.
• Develop change management plans to minimize resistance and ensure adoption.
• Identify project risks and mitigation strategies with contingency plans.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports highlighting achievements and risks.
• Direct teams to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Coach junior colleagues in current project management techniques.
