Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide consulting services for financial services client accounts, focusing on regional retail bank ground-up and fit-out projects. This remote role requires up to 25–30% travel within Eastern or Central time zones.

You will manage all project phases, coordinate renovations, and work with clients on scope, budget, milestones, and risk. The role emphasizes leadership, governance, and delivering outcomes that improve client operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Financial services client experience required; retail construction experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.
• Ability to solve unique problems with broad business impact.
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of project management for multiple real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate renovations within occupied facilities with minimal business disruption.
• Prepare scope, budget, work plan, milestones, and risk management with clients.
• Lead RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations for project delivery.
• Develop charter and integrated timelines; keep projects on schedule and escalate issues as needed.
• Facilitate status meetings and guide teams through implementation and completion.
• Collaborate to develop solutions and drive continuous improvement across projects.
