Capio Group, a California-based IT consulting firm, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager for a remote, full-time role. You will lead complex, regulated IT initiatives, ensuring PAL processes, CDT approvals, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Required: 7+ years in PM, PMP certification, and 4+ years on large IT programs; knowledge of Accela Civic Platform is a plus; Agile/hybrid delivery experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of broad project management experience in government or regulated environments.
• PMP certification is required and verified.
• Experience with large IT projects and regulatory lifecycle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document new or updated requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories and technical/data requirements.
• Assess current systems and transitional architectures for integration.
• Develop and maintain project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Own project documentation across PAL lifecycle stages.
• Lead stakeholder communications and provide team leadership.
• Oversee data conversion, integration, and adherence to best practices.
• Apply standardized PM methodologies and governance across projects.
• Collaborate on implementation roadmaps and training plans.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement.
