Capio Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a remote, full-time modernization effort for government-grade systems, migrating to Salesforce and integrating legacy platforms. You will architect plans, guide development, and coordinate multi-vendor activities.

Mandatory experience includes five years in PM roles, PMP certification, and a bachelor’s degree. The position offers a competitive salary with comprehensive benefits and a flexible remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Must have five (5) years of broad project management experience.
• PMP certification is required and must be provided upon request.
• Bachelor's degree required; additional qualifying experience may replace education.
• Experience leading large teams through full application lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and system integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assess and update Master Project Management Plan and schedule.
• Develop solution specs, data models, and architectural designs.
• Lead integration efforts with Salesforce and legacy systems.
• Coordinate testing, SIT, E2E, and defect remediation.
• Oversee release management, documentation, and reports.
• Mentor team, transfer knowledge, and maintain system docs.
