Job summary

BGBx is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee client projects from inception to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes with high quality. This role reports to the Director of Project Management and requires cross-functional collaboration across strategies, science, and operations.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in pharmaceutical advertising or medical education, excellent communication, and proven leadership in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management in pharmaceutical advertising or medical education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience with regulatory submissions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand scope across an assigned account and project plan at the individual level.
• Facilitate interdepartmental negotiations to align on resources and timelines.
• Coordinate with Resource Managers to assign resources and manage time.
• Monitor projects to ensure deliverables are on schedule and within scope.
• Collaborate with the Account team to obtain client sign-off on project plans.
