Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead client-facing projects across the full lifecycle. You will ensure on-time delivery, scope alignment, and budget adherence while coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage project plans, resources, and approvals, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive quality with rigorous QA and regulatory readiness. A background in pharmaceutical advertising or medical education is preferred, with strong communication

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in pharma advertising or medical education.
• Strong knowledge of PM techniques including strategic planning, risk mitigation, reporting, and resource management.
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading project coordinators.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage full lifecycle of client-facing projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for timelines and deliverables.
• Partner with resource managers for allocation and time management.
• Monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare for legal and regulatory submissions.
• Forecast and plan long-term resources with department leads.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and manage complex situations.
• Capture and fulfill all client requests with high quality.
• Enforce QA standards and best practices.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
