Job summary

BGBx is seeking an Account Executive to lead client-facing projects, align scope with client objectives, and ensure timely delivery. You will coordinate with project management, manage communications, and review work against client specifications.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in account services, comfort with scientific info, and strong writing and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the account services field within the advertising industry or a similar industry.
• Comfortable with scientific information
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and document the project scope and specifications to ensure client alignment.
• Manage accurate and timely client communications of project information, status, deadlines, and next steps.
• Review agency work deliverables against client objectives and project specifications.
• Coordinate resources and client stakeholder input to keep projects on track for successful completion.
• Participate in client-related travel as required (local, tri-state, and possible domestic travel).
