Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead design, development, and construction for a Financial Services Retail Banking account across the U.S. You will manage multiple projects from inception through closeout, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and client teams.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management, with travel up to 40% and remote work allowed within account geography. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field preferred.
• Architecture, engineering, or PM certification preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in design and construction.
• Experience with scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and contract negotiations.
• Financial services experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects through design, planning, approval, permit, construction and closeout.
• Demonstrate end-to-end accountability for project delivery.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and client teams.
• Provide weekly status updates on schedule, budget and risk to leadership and client tools.
• Develop risk plans and ensure work authorization compliance in critical environments.
• Apply PM skills in client interactions to define goals and scope of work.
• Prepare project documentation across all phases to pass reviews with clients.
• Manage vendors to ensure policy compliance and project closeout within 60 days.
