Job summary

AVANGRID POWER, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee engineering and construction activities from pre-construction through operations for wind, solar and energy storage projects. The role requires managing budgets, schedules and risk while guiding EPC activities and project teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related study with 10 years' experience in project engineering and construction of electric generation projects.
5 years' experience in project development or management.
PMP Certification from a recognized institution.
Proficiency using Word, Excel, Primavera P3, and Thermo-flow GT Pro/GT Master.
Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Develops design, procurement and construction contracts during project execution phase.
Directs project engineers and site managers to meet milestones safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Negotiate and manage EPC activities.
Provide owner’s project management during wind, solar and BESS energy projects.
Leads a team delivering design, construction, commissioning and operations.
