Job summary

Electric Power Engineers (EPE) is seeking a remote Senior Project Manager to lead turnkey EPC power delivery projects. You will manage project scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating internal and client teams across time zones.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years managing turnkey EPC projects, strong communication skills, and experience with project management software. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong ability to develop business and establish client relationships.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Leads the project team and oversees execution planning and monitoring.
• Coaches and provides performance feedback for project staff.
• Leads project recovery efforts and ensures formal closure of projects.
• Drives budgeting, sales/operations planning, and risk management.
