Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Project Manager for PDS Projects to lead end-to-end delivery in the Real Estate & Construction space. The role requires coordinating with architects, contractors, client representatives and internal teams to keep complex projects moving forward.

You will translate client needs into concrete goals, maintain robust documentation, and provide visibility into progress and issues. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in design and construction.
• Experience with scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and contract negotiations.
• Certification in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple design and construction initiatives.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, client representatives and internal stakeholders.
• Provide weekly updates on status, budget and risks to management.
• Develop risk management plans and ensure work authorization processes are followed.
• Translate client needs into clear project goals and maintain documentation.
• Prepare and oversee project documentation for all construction phases.
