DLB Associates seeks a Senior Design Project Manager to lead design and construction administration for commercial and mission-critical projects. You will coordinate with owners, designers, contractors, and subcontractors, drive schedules, and manage cost controls.

You will develop OPR, lead site visits, and supervise a project team, ensuring alignment with owner goals and company standards. Remote role with US-wide opportunities.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in engineering or related field required or two years experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum eight years of related field experience with project management focus.
• Experience leading design and construction administration on commercial/mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP/FP trades and construction procedures.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit; familiarity with Procore encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and construction administration from inception to completion.
• Develop OPR and initial space planning and schematic design.
• Represent DLB at site visits and client meetings.
• Coordinate subconsultants, RFIs, submittals, and commissioning.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project profitability.
• Lead client communications and proposals; promote firm services.
