Ladders is seeking a Senior Project Manager for PDS Projects to lead end-to-end delivery in the Real Estate & Construction space. The role requires coordinating with architects, contractors, client representatives and internal teams to keep complex projects moving forward.

You will translate client needs into concrete goals, maintain robust documentation, and provide visibility into progress and issues. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in design and construction.
• Experience with scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and contract negotiations.
• Certification in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management preferred.

Responsabilidades

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager, PDS Projects to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple design and construction initiatives, with a strong focus on scope, schedule, budget, and risk management. The position partners closely with architects, contractors, client representatives, and internal stakeholders to keep complex projects moving forward. Success in this role will depend on the ability to translate client needs into clear project goals, maintain strong documentation, and provide consistent visibility into progress and issues.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $132,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from identification through design, planning, and construction
• Demonstrate full accountability for end-to-end project management
• Lead diverse project teams including architects, contractors, and client representatives
• Provide weekly updates on project status, budget, and risks to management
• Develop risk management plans and ensure compliance with work authorization processes
• Apply project management skills to understand client needs and define project goals
• Prepare and oversee accurate project documentation for all construction phases

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field preferred
• Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in design and construction
• Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations required
• Experience in Financial Services preferred but not required
