Ladders is seeking a Construction Manager - West Division for a remote US-based role overseeing construction planning and execution across multiple sites. The position ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and with quality, while coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and external partners.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management, 7+ years of multi-site experience, proficiency in CAD/Excel/Word, and

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management required.
- 7+ years of multi-site construction management experience.
- Familiar with civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical and ADA requirements.
Responsabilidades
- Negotiate construction activities and establish project terms and schedules.
- Establish and adapt project schedules to meet delivery dates.
- Identify and qualify potential contractors for projects.
- Manage the competitive bidding process and contract execution.
- Monitor compliance and quality control during construction phases.
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely review of documents throughout the construction process.
