Job summary

DLB Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Construction Administration to lead projects in mission critical environments. You will collaborate with owners, designers and contractors, oversee submittals, RFIs, and change orders, and drive QA/QC and project closeout.

A background in MEP design and transition to construction leadership is preferred. You will manage design-to-construction handoffs, lead client meetings, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure scope,

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in mechanical, electrical, architectural, structural, industrial or civil engineering or construction management.
• Minimum of eight years of experience in related field.
• Minimum of three years onsite / field experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction administration from design completion through closeout.
• Coordinate with owner, designers, contractors and trades on mission critical projects.
• Review RFIs, submittals and change orders; manage QA/QC.
• Attend design and OAC meetings; report on documentation and open items.
• Develop client relationships and manage project teams across disciplines.
• Monitor project financials, contracts and hours across the team.
