The Ian Martin Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for remote work within approved hub locations in the United States. You will oversee project execution for remediation and class action administration, coordinate across legal and technical teams, and manage budgets and timelines.

The role requires extensive eDiscovery experience, leadership of cross-functional teams, and a strong client-facing orientation with AI-enabled workflows. 3-month contract with potential for extension.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Sr. PM experience managing complex eDiscovery matters across the full EDRM lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of the eDiscovery lifecycle and related platform functionality.
• Experience with Relativity and/or RelativityOne including review workflows and productions.
• Experience managing litigation, investigations, regulatory, or compliance matters.
• Proven project management experience with client-facing projects and timelines.

Responsabilités

• Provide budget/estimate review, monthly revenue forecasting, and invoice review.
• Guide peer PMs to ensure accuracy of forecasts and invoices.
• Oversee staff to meet deliverables on time and within budget.
• Delegate tasks and ensure completion by the required deadline.
• Develop staff through coaching and performance standards.
