Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-level e-discovery projects. You will manage complex, concurrent engagements, mentor junior staff, and coordinate resources across attorneys, paralegals, and IT teams.

This role reports to the PM Directors and requires proactive risk mitigation and client-focused delivery. Responsibilities include end-to-end oversight of matters, strategy for data collections and processing, and tight budgeting and scheduling to ensure quality

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or minimum 5 years in the litigation support / legal industry;
• Demonstrated experience of leadership responsibilities and managing multiple concurrent projects;
• 5 years experience using Relativity or equivalent eDiscovery tools;
• Willingness to travel;
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams within budget and schedule constraints;
• Ability to manage client expectations and relationships;
• Available for a flexible schedule driven by client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end oversight of discovery matters and serve as primary client contact.
• Consult on data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables.
• Create and maintain project schedules, activities, and resource planning.
• Develop relationships with internal teams and define/monitor quality standards.
• Plan internal/external communications and client reporting; oversee client-level reporting.
• Forecast, track and manage project budgets and multiple concurrent complex projects.
