Apt Search in the United States seeks a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager for a fully remote role. You will advise clients across the EDRM, guide scoping, collection, processing and production, and lead a team responsible for the work.

You’ll sit between the client teams and the production team, shaping how matters are run from early scoping through delivery, directing workflow, ensuring defensibility, and overseeing final quality control on productions before release.

You’ll advise clients across the full EDRM as the subject matter expert on their matters, while leading a team that handles processing and productions. This is a consultative, fully remote role. Clients rely on you for the right approach as well as smooth execution.

You’ll sit between the legal teams you advise and the team doing the work. You’ll shape how matters are run from early scoping through production, guide your team on processing and production work, and be the person both sides trust to get it right.

Requirements of a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager:

• Hands-on eDiscovery project management experience across the full EDRM
• Experience leading or supervising processing and production work
• Expert-level ability with tooling such as Relativity (RelOne) or Reveal
• A consultative, client-facing style, comfortable advising attorneys and legal teams
• Deep working knowledge of processing and production workflows

$145,000 to $160,000 base
