Our client, a leading provider of eDiscovery and legal technology services, is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to support sophisticated client matters and provide hands-on guidance throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle. This individual will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage complex projects, develop effective workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure matters are delivered accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong eDiscovery experience, excellent client-facing and project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote opportunity for candidates located near one of the organization’s offices in Illinois, New Jersey, New York, California, Florida, Texas, South Carolina, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, North Carolina, or Georgia.

Position Overview

• The Senior Consultant will support complex eDiscovery engagements and work closely with clients and internal teams throughout the lifecycle of each matter
• This position requires a combination of eDiscovery knowledge, project management experience, client service skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support eDiscovery projects from initiation through completion
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout active matters
• Partner with clients to understand matter requirements, objectives, timelines, and workflows
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and client expectations are met
• Develop and maintain effective workflows based on individual matter requirements
• Track project activity, deadlines, deliverables, and other key matter information
• Provide clients with regular project updates and proactively communicate potential issues or delays
• Troubleshoot workflow, process, and technology-related challenges as they arise
• Work collaboratively with project teams and other internal resources to support successful matter delivery
• Maintain accurate and current documentation related to assigned projects
• Manage multiple matters and competing priorities while maintaining a high level of client service
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and overall project efficiency
• Provide guidance and subject matter expertise on eDiscovery processes and best practices
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience within eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology
• Experience managing sophisticated eDiscovery projects and workflows
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients and provide consultative support
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders
• Strong understanding of eDiscovery processes and the overall discovery lifecycle
  
  

Expected salary for this role is $145,000 - $155,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
