Job summary

Hollstadt Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives in a fully remote U.S. role. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple workstreams, and drive delivery from planning through implementation.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in IT project/program management, healthcare relevance, and strong governance with tools like Jira/Asana. This is a 6-month engagement with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project or program management experience leading large-scale initiatives.
• Healthcare/clinical relevant experience.
• Experience with digital products, software development, or web/mobile apps.
• Familiarity with the full digital product lifecycle from planning to go-to-market.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and dependencies.
• Strong written and verbal communications, including executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cross-functional technology projects from planning through delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, manage dependencies and priorities.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and delivery challenges proactively.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
