Job summary

CAVU Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of airport lounge development projects across its growing portfolio. You will take ownership of the execution phase, ensuring scope, budgets, contracts and delivery plans are in place, and serve as a primary liaison among CAVU, airport partners, consultants, contractors and internal teams.

This fully remote role is open to candidates anywhere in the US, with approximately 35–40% travel for site visits and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of design and construction project management experience.
• Airport/aviation project experience in live environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects across budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Experience with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead airport lounge projects from award through to completion and handover.
• Establish and manage project scope, budgets, schedules and contracts.
• Lead project kick-offs and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as key point of contact for airport authorities, consultants, contractors and partners.
• Manage project performance across budget, schedule, quality and risk.
• Identify and resolve challenges to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
