Job summary

Cavu is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Capital Delivery for a fully remote US role with 35-40% travel. You will lead a portfolio of airport lounge and hospitality developments from award through handover, ensuring governance, budget, and schedule alignment with strategic goals.

You will build strong relationships with airport authorities, landlords, airlines, consultants, and internal teams, driving value, risk management, and operational readiness across projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
PM certification preferred (PMP/CCM/DBIA or equivalent).
Airport lounge/capital delivery project experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of airport lounge and hospitality projects end-to-end.
Own project scope, budget, schedule, quality and operational readiness.
Translate growth priorities into deliverable roadmaps and governance plans.
Present recommendations and decisions to senior stakeholders.
Coach and develop project managers within the delivery team.
