Job summary

Ardurra is seeking an Aviation Project Manager to join our Aviation Group. This fully remote role is for candidates residing in California and involves overseeing airport design/construction projects, mentoring staff, and leading QA/QC efforts while pursuing new business opportunities.

You will manage client relationships with airport sponsors, engage in proposal activities, and drive growth in targeted markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field is required.
• PE license is required or preferred.
• 8+ years' experience in airport design and/or construction.
• Knowledge of FAA advisory circulars related to airport design and FAA grant process.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects in the aviation group and serve as client manager for airport design/construction.
• Mentor junior staff and lead QA/QC efforts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop relationships with airport sponsors and agencies.
• Support proposal and pursuit activities and contribute to market growth in targeted regions.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive growth and represent Ardurra at industry events.
