Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to act as an owner's representative for multi-location TI projects inside airport terminals. Based remotely in Miami, FL, you will oversee general contractors, designers, and vendors, managing pre-construction through closeout.

You will lead proposals, budgets, schedules, and client communications, with 50–75% travel regionally. Airport experience is a plus, PMP preferred, and proficiency in Procore and Smartsheets is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field; 10–15 years of relevant experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Experience leading commercial retail, restaurant, tenant improvement, rebuild, and ground-up construction projects.
• 5–10+ years in direct project management or senior PM roles on similar work.
• Airport project experience a plus; TSA clearance a plus.
• Strong communication with clients, contractors, and project teams at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Smartsheets; PMP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support the Project Executive/Operations Director with proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to client standards.
• Serve as primary client contact and proactively communicate updates; resolve issues.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contractors, subcontractors, and third-party providers.
• Oversee estimating, bidding, permitting, and contract administration.
• Manage changes, documentation, and reporting per Sevan standards.
