New Engen is a digital marketing agency with Donut Studios, crafting platform-native content for leading brands. We’re building a team to own creative strategy for enterprise B2B campaigns, including AWS, across paid social, display, video, and more.

You will mentor a team of Creative Strategists, shape briefs, and collaborate with design, motion, and production teams to deliver high-impact, scalable campaigns that meet client goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, ideally with B2B, enterprise tech, SaaS, or cloud accounts.
• Proven ability to translate audience and performance data into clear creative direction for design, motion, and video teams.
• Experience mentoring creative strategists and elevating team output.
• Experience contributing to or running production workflows and systems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of paid social and display platforms and their spec requirements.
• Experience presenting creative recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Familiarity with enterprise cloud/tech brands and B2B buyer personas.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative strategy for enterprise B2B campaigns across channels including paid social, display, and video.
• Lead and mentor the Creative Strategy Team to deliver consistently high-quality work.
• Shape briefs and guide design, motion, video, and copy teams from concept to execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Content Strategists, copywriters, designers, and production teams.
• Develop testing frameworks and use insights to optimize messaging and content strategies.
• Maintain high-volume asset quality across formats, markets, and languages with scalable processes.
• Represent Creative Strategy in client meetings, articulating rationale and aligning with business goals.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and growth by staying current on brand standards and tech trends.
