Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in project management and Agile approaches.
• 3+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.
• Experience across multiple business areas, technical teams, vendors, and leadership stakeholders.
• PM certification such as PMP or PMI-ACP.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project.
• Monitor progress, budgets and forecasts against the plan.
• Identify resources and assemble project staff and external contractors.
• Prepare designs, work specifications, schedules and budgets.
• Communicate status through meetings and reports.
• Set priorities and coordinate project staff to meet milestones.
