Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Remote Project Manager to drive large, complex programs from a home office. You will lead distributed teams, define roadmaps, and align stakeholders across time zones to deliver strategic outcomes.

The role emphasizes virtual collaboration, proactive communication, and a track record of successful remote program delivery in fast-paced environments. A master's degree and 7+ years in PM are preferred.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing projects entirely remotely.
• Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) applied to remote settings.
• Proficiency with advanced collaboration and project management software designed for virtual teams.
• Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills in a virtual context.
• Proven ability to influence and motivate teams without direct physical oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of large-scale projects remotely.
• Develop strategic project roadmaps, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Manage remote project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture through virtual means.
• Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines using advanced remote management tools.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues within the distributed project environment.
