Job summary

Staffing Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a remote, full-time position in the United States. You will support technology projects, Agile delivery, and stakeholder coordination across engineering, product, IT, operations and business teams.

You will develop and maintain project plans, track progress, risks and dependencies, and facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure successful delivery of business and technology objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables and dependencies.
• Coordinate with engineering, IT, product, operations and business teams.
• Track project progress, action items, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, presentations and documentation.
• Coordinate project resources and follow up on deliverables.
• Identify project risks and assist with mitigation and resolution plans.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Support technology implementations, system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor project schedules and help ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain project documentation, requirements, meeting notes and project records.
