Job summary
Actalent is seeking a Project Manager for Retail/Commercial Real Estate (Non-IT). This fully remote role manages a portfolio of large numbers of small projects across the United States, with travel reimbursed as needed.
You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in PM, strong leadership, and experience with remodels or new builds for
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience in CRE/retail
- Experience delivering remodels and new builds
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Bachelor's in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management or related field
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple retail/CRE projects from inception to completion.
- Deliver PM services meeting client expectations and standards.
- Plan, budget, schedule, and oversee project execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure on-time delivery within approved budgets and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
- Build relationships with clients and understand their goals.
- Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
