Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Twelve or more years of project planning/management experience.
• Experience with Catalyst project management methodology and related tools.
• Experience with productivity and methodology tools to increase efficiency.
• Experience working with client vision, business objectives, and critical success factors.

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages complex project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for large/multiple high-complexity projects.
• Assesses scope changes and implements recommendations based on determinations.
• Secures concurrence and consensus from stakeholders and aligns resources.
• Organizes project teams to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
• Acts as the point of contact with client project management and staff resources.
• Oversees costs, schedules, and quality of deliverables to meet budgets.
