Vantage Data Centers, a leader in hyperscale and enterprise data center solutions, seeks a Senior Manager, Project Controls to lead scheduling, cost estimating, change management and reporting across North America development projects. This fully remote US role emphasizes scalable processes, risk communication, and close collaboration with finance and estimating teams.

You will manage budgets, dashboards, and forecasts, drive data-driven decisions, and guide contract controls across lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering or certification as Project Controls Manager or equivalent recommended.
• 5 years of experience in project controls management required; 5–7 years preferred.
• Travel up to 25–50% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule and cost databases for assigned projects.
• Develop project-level dashboards and reports.
• Lead month-end forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ensure consistent use of WBS, CBS, and SOV structures.
• Oversee schedule development across lifecycle stages.
• Ensure contractor compliance with project controls standards.
• Collaborate with estimating and finance to improve forecasting accuracy.
