Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls to lead scheduling, cost estimating, change management and reporting for NA development projects. This fully remote role supports a dynamic Construction Delivery team, ensuring alignment with global standards and robust forecasting.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, risk communication, and controls processes, partnering with estimating and finance to improve forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years in project controls management.
• Experience with schedule and cost management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule and cost databases for assigned projects.
• Ensure consistent use of WBS, CBS, and SOV structures.
• Provide schedule and cost deliverables to stakeholders.
• Develop project dashboards and month-end forecasting.
• Implement change management workflows and document changes.
• Oversee scheduling across lifecycle stages and contractor compliance.
