Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls to support the North America portfolio. This fully remote role will organize data, implement scalable processes and drive improvements across budgets, schedules and controls.

You will lead, negotiate and communicate with stakeholders to maintain schedule fidelity and cost control. The position requires 5+ years in project controls, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and experience with Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Certification as Project Controls Manager or equivalent recommended.
• 5 years of project controls experience required; 5–7 years preferred.
• Experience using Primavera P6 software.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule and cost databases for projects.
• Apply WBS, CBS, and SOV structures consistently.
• Provide schedule and cost deliverables to stakeholders.
• Develop project-level dashboards and reports.
• Lead month-end forecasting and variance analysis.
• Report risk exposure and progress metrics accurately.
• Implement change workflows and assess impacts.
• Maintain historical data for benchmarking.
• Oversee schedule development across lifecycle.
• Ensure contractor compliance with controls.
• Partner with estimating and finance to improve forecasting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
