Job summary

Robbins Estate Law is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to grow our digital campaigns and translate activity into revenue growth. You will own and optimize performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta ads, and LinkedIn while leveraging HubSpot CRM for automation and lifecycle marketing.

You’ll work with a seven-figure annual marketing budget, build landing pages, run tests, and optimize funnels in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on digital marketing execution.
• Strong experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience running Meta ad campaigns.
• Experience using HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
• Experience implementing tracking pixels, UTMs, and conversion events.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter who enjoys testing and improving results.

Responsibilities

• Paid Media Execution (Primary Focus): Manage and optimize campaigns with a seven-figure annual budget.
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting).
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook / Instagram).
• Work with LSA, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels as appropriate.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
• Create and test ad creative variations.
• Continuously optimize bids, targeting, and budgets.
• Monitor cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and lead quality.
• Scale campaigns that produce measurable results.
• Marketing Automation CRM (HubSpot): Build automated workflows and lead nurture campaigns.
