LegalZoom is seeking a Sr. Performance Marketing Manager to own all Programmatic campaigns across in-house and agency-led efforts, from strategy through measurement and executive reporting.

You will plan and execute campaigns on Google Ads, The Trade Desk and other platforms, developing media strategy, briefs, and a testing roadmap grounded in data. Qualifications

• 7-9+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Display and YouTube) and The Trade Desk.
• Ability to independently build and communicate a multi-quarter channel roadmap to senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with complex, multi-workstream delivery.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled marketing workflows and automation.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning & Execution across Programmatic channels (Display, Video, CTV, Native, Audio).
• Strategy & Channel Ownership with a prioritized quarterly roadmap.
• Testing & Optimization using multi-touch attribution and incrementality testing.
