Brainrider Global Creative Services is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid acquisition strategy across search, video, social, and programmatic channels. This remote US role requires an execution-focused, QA-minded professional with agency experience.

You will work with agency partners to ensure flawless execution, manage large monthly budgets, and translate performance data into actionable optimizations. This position offers competitive pay and strong room for impact.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of performance marketing experience, especially SEM/paid search.
• Agency background with multi-client management.
• Meticulous, with QA and naming conventions.
• Proven ability to manage large paid media budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for agency partners managing paid search, video, social, and programmatic campaigns; set expectations and priorities.
• Own rigorous QA of all agency output before launch; review keyword lists, bids, tagging, and pacing.
• Review assets for platform specs and safe zones to ensure pixel-perfect results.
• Enforce naming conventions; maintain clean taxonomy and audit readiness.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards for fast decision-making; provide proactive updates.
