Job summary

Brainrider is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own multi-channel paid acquisition strategy and QA across search, social, and programmatic channels. This remote-US role emphasizes execution, precision, and agency collaboration to hit aggressive performance targets.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years in performance marketing, strong SEM expertise, and a track record of managing large budgets with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of performance marketing experience with deep SEM/paid search expertise.
• Agency background strongly preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail that borders on compulsive.
• Proven ability to manage and QA agency partners.
• Track record managing substantial paid media budgets.
• Proactive communicator — over-communicating and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Strong analytical skills with data tools and attribution.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Agency management & QA: manage agency partners and ensure SLAs are met.
• QA all campaign outputs before live, including keyword lists and bid strategies.
• Review creatives against specs to prevent clipping or truncation.
• Enforce naming conventions and maintain clean campaign taxonomy.
• Maintain a tight operating cadence with organized folders and preflight checks.
• Own paid search strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360.
• Own paid social strategy across Meta, Reddit, X, TikTok.
• Drive the experimentation roadmap and document learnings.
• Manage monthly budgets focusing on CPA/ROAS and growth targets.
• Build reporting dashboards and provide proactive performance updates.
• Translate complex data into actionable leadership narratives.
• Oversee programmatic/media buys and emerging channels.
