• Leadership in cross-functional projects with a focus on governance and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the patient services program.
• Lead project management for patient service activities and stakeholder coordination.
• Serve as the main liaison for third-party agencies and vendors.
• Track finances, including purchase orders and invoices, for patient services programs.
• Monitor development and compliance of patient support materials with internal workflows.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure execution of patient service materials across systems.
