Ladders is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Vendor and Scaled Operations to lead vendor and outsourced delivery across a portfolio of scaled initiatives. You will focus on governance, performance management, and operational effectiveness in a fast-moving environment.

This remote role is US-based and offers compensation between $130,100 and $168,300 annually. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive sourcing decisions, align priorities, and improve service

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program or project management with 3+ years vendor or outsourced delivery experience
• In-depth experience negotiating and managing end-to-end outsourcing agreements
• Demonstrated portfolio-level ownership across multiple scale programs with strong prioritization skills
• Proven ability to build and sustain governance systems, SLAs, and operational models

• Design and optimize governance models for vendor performance, including SLAs and scorecards

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Vendor and Scaled Operations to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will lead vendor and outsourced delivery operations across a portfolio of scaled initiatives, with a focus on governance, performance management, and operational effectiveness. The person in this position will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive sourcing decisions, align priorities, and improve service delivery outcomes. The work will require strong judgment in balancing trade-offs, building durable operating models, and introducing AI-enabled efficiencies in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,100 – $168,300 annually
