Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement for a portfolio of strategic government contracts.

The role focuses on managing complex programs, coordinating delivery across teams, and maintaining strong relationships with public sector partners. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of program leadership experience, expertise in agile delivery, and a proven ability to scale teams and contracts while ensuring compliance and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Experience working with or for state government agencies and understanding government contracting, audits and compliance.
• Experience leading large, multi-team agile delivery efforts and complex programs.

Responsabilités

• Proactively detect risks and work with delivery teams and stakeholders to resolve them.
• Grow programs with new opportunities, CLINs, options years, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects to solve delivery challenges and align with organizational goals.
• Support delivery environments built on mutual trust with government partners and teams.
• Scale delivery by guiding PMs and other delivery leads; manage contracts and finances with the finance team.
• Set standards for delivery excellence and client service; apply Nava policies at the program level.
